Access Bars® is a gentle energy healing modality that helps release mental, emotional, and energetic limitations stored within the body and mind. By lightly touching 32 points on the head, the body enters a state of deep relaxation, allowing old patterns, stress, judgments, and mental clutter to dissolve with ease.

Instructions:
- Wear comfortable clothes.
- Avoid caffeine immediately before your session if possible.
- Stay hydrated before and after the session.
- If possible, allow yourself some quiet time afterwards to integrate the experience.
The session takes between 60 and 90 minutes.
If you can create a gentle and spacious schedule afterwards, it may support deeper integration.
